Spent the 90's playing rhythm guitar in a heavy 'rock' band, then got spinning trip-hop, big(break) beat and drum & bass on the 1210's until the early 00's. Also enjoyed sound engineering for bands, both in studio or live, as well as multitrack and sequence work. Spent half-a-dozen or so years away from music and am now getting back on it. As if this wasn't enough as a one off, i`m hearing rumours that this Ultraviolet @ Klubd is going to become a monthly regular event in Cyprus, the first ever bass music residency. This i`m looking forward to !!
First event of the year up on the northern areas of Cyprus, in just outside the Nicosia city limits this one, put on by keen Russian lad iMetra at Club Fashion along side Mr Joker and Tecer Hasliel. iMetra demands that you 'drink, jump and party crazy' - don't let him down. Most towns around Cyprus (except the capital!) have been lacking good bass parties this christmas/newyear/winter period, but V.Y and Pink Shit are about to change this situation! Come down Mare Lounge Club, Makenzy Beach Saturday 11th of February from midnight, expect music until 4.30am !! Oh, did i say its an open bar :o and for the low entry fee of €20 for the gents and €15 for the ladies. V.Y dropping the bass (DnB and Dubstep) whilst you will have 'Pink Shit' providing those 4x4 electro sounds.

Leaving a smouldering club Nuovo in their wake as we move into the new year of 2012 we have Ultraviolet crowd heading up to the infamous KlubD in Nicosia on Friday 6th Jan, for what generally looks like its gonna be a dark n moody night of electronic music ! This must be the ultimate early Christmas present for us bass lovers ... the 3rd event in the space of a week !! Friday 23rd December Dirty Basslines return from overseas commitments and are going to be itching to smash it. This one is at Klubd Nicosia, some say the best sounding club in Cyprus - you can expect to feel the bass vibrate through your body as the likes of Dirty Basslines, Breezer, Phat Finxxx and myself dip into low end driven selections !!
